AS3 Medical Spa: Santa Fe Springs

Absolutely astonishing service and care given by the entire staff. I have never had so many perk free add-ons in my life. I came in for a carbon facial and ended up with face mask, micro needling pen, red light therapy, massage, and lovely compliments! I am obsessed. The staff took their time and I am grateful for that as I feel usually rushed out of other medical clinics who keep a super tight schedule. Will be back!! And prices are lower than other comps.

Very disappointing experience. I previously had Botox here that barely lasted two weeks, which should’ve been my first red flag. I recently tried to return using a gifted Groupon, and the spa called to deny me service, claiming it was “Groupon’s policy” that you can’t use it within 6 months. That is not true — the actual Groupon fine print states 120 days (4 months) and 1 use per person. I didn’t even purchase it; it was a gift. Despite planning to buy additional units, they still refused to honor it and couldn’t show where this supposed policy was stated. The staff was rude and dismissive throughout the call. I will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Michelle is very knowledgeable! The building is unassuming from the street - once inside the treatment room with soft music playing in the background it was an oasis. Plenty of free parking in the building 🏠 They use Reblocell products - IYKYK

60 units and my forehead is still moving i told everyone I didn't want my forehead to move. I went in for 40 units you talked me into 60 and guaranteed it would paralyze my forehead I have the same movement as before treatment. Not a good place i dont recommend coming here. 1st you see the cashier, then a doctor who upsells you, then back to cashier, then video with another doctor and then some girl (none of the other people) comes in with prefilled syringes and starts injecting. I didn't tell her what I wanted I told the other 3 people what I wanted. She was obsessed with my eyes and frown. I got the jeuvau treatment for my 11 lines, and I'm a little unsatisfied with the outcome, I had 25 units alone in the lines and they are still showing up pretty noticeable, also I got some on my forehead and where my eyebrows sit they seemed to have almost missed spots on the end. The staff and experience was great but the results im unsatisfied with.
