Aryana Hair Braiding

I got my hair done 6/1/24 today is 6/12/24 I am Not happy with my hair at all two people worked on my hair (box braids) the lady that did the front did it nice and neat and used a braid gel to make my natural hair blend with the braids. The lady that did my hair in the back didn’t my hair so ugly my hair is sticking out the braids in the back so I can only wear a low ponytail to the back because it look so old only for me to have got it done a week ago. So now I have to take it down I’ll insert pics in a few just not happy. Wasted $165

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in for medium knotless braids two weeks ago. First it took them over 8 hours with 2 people working on my head (I am usually done within 4 hours at another salon). After finishing my hair they were in a rush to get me out of the chair without letting me see my hair, so I didn’t get a good look until I was home. The parts and braids are not even and crooked. They used too much gel causing my scalp to be very itchy. They also did not knot the ends so my braids are coming loose. On top of all of this the braiders were making rude comments because they assumed I didn’t understand them. After only 2 weeks I am already to take my braids out that would normally last 2 months had I gone to another salon. Complete waste of time and money, I won’t be returning!

I would like to share my experience at this shop. All the customers and myself are always greeted with a pleasant smile and a happy hello. The professionalism is top notch. Customer service means so much to me. In which they have displayed excellency. I am very pleased with the shop owner Ms. Aryana and her staff. They reflect so much grace and patience with their customers. I have been returning to this shop for over 22+ years. I am born and raised from Atlanta and this is the best shop her locally. I am always recommending this shop. Enjoy your next experience.

They have very good braiders with reasonable prices at Ariana‘s. The only reason I didn’t give them a five is because they had this one braid stylist that every time you tell her to do a style she never does what you say if you tell her you want small braids,she do big braids. If you tell her you want big braids, she do small braids. She never gives you the hairstyle that you want, but the braiding is excellent.
