Berta has many years of experience. She knows her stuff. Cut are amazing. I go for perms with her! My hair is long and she is amazing. Her cuts and styling are incredible. Her knowledge of hair color and chemicals is incredible. She is always up to date without the latest techniques.

Last week, I reluctantly returned to the hair salon for a supposedly routine hair retouch on my highlights, entrusting Claudia Sanchez, who had previously handled my original highlights. From the onset, I explicitly communicated that I desired a retouch solely on my roots, reiterating this point several times. Despite the clear instructions, Claudia inexplicably decided to apply a substance to the rest of my hair, a deviation that left me utterly perplexed.Upon questioning her, Claudia casually asserted that it was a product to enhance shine and gloss, ostensibly to make the highlights more pronounced. They sucked! My daughter and I went in and showed her pictures and explained with detail what and how we wanted our hair. Only my daughter got hers done but not how she actually wanted it. I didn't get mines done becuase she couldn't tell me if the color was semipermenent or permanent. She did not get a tip from me...even though she charged it in the price already...was not even offered water as we waited. No one said I'll be right back or with you in a moment. The stylist were doing their own hair instead. That was unprofessional. Not going back.

They did my highlights really good , the color was a bit off from what I wanted but I’ll make it work. Just make sure they show you the color before putting it on your head because they didn’t for me. The experience was not it, when they were wetting my hair they made me adjust my head multiple times and it was so uncomfortable my head already felt heavy from all the foil in my hair and then they made me raise my head to a certain point where it was really uncomfortable. My whole back was wet afterwards, they kept accidentally putting product on my face and the lady kept poking my eyes. Basically just be clear with what you want or else they’ll just do whatever
