From the moment I arrived, these people were extremely rude—do NOT get any service from them!!! Absolutely terrible place, unbelievably rude, and they do a horrible job. I went in with a normal skin tone, they applied something to my nails, and it turned them yellow!!! Then they claimed my nails were already that color and even accused me of touching ginger. A woman—possibly the owner—said, “We don’t apologize, this is not our fault.” Disgusting service!!! Do NOT go there!!! I told them I had a date in the evening and that my nails looked terrible, and one of the staff said, “She doesn’t want to pay,” as if nothing was wrong!!! It was disgusting… NEVER, EVER, EVER GO!!!

I’ve been going here for years and sometimes it’s a hit and sometimes it’s really not. I went to get my Gel Mani and Pedi the weekend before Christmas. They were busy and packed as usual. Even though the were experiencing issues with hot water they were managing pretty well to ensure there was enough hot water for all pedicures What should have been a nice relaxing experience felt like the most rushed factory line job. My pedicure was over before it even started. The women sitting on either side of me were in their chairs before I started and still there when I left. A foot scrub which should be atleast 5 mins was barely 2 minutes. My Gel Manicure felt the same way. A line job from a person who didn’t care how it looked or came out. I was a walk in with my mother and a child. Did a mani/pedi for them. I wanted acrylics, I asked the girl at the front desk if they can do designs she said yes. They had 3D gel designs at the front drying table on display. I sit down, and the First Lady starts to apply the tips, two of them were applied crookedly. I showed her, she fixed it. Then I showed her how long I wanted them. She cut two too short and had to reapply them. She stated that they were just too long. When I showed her the design I wanted, she said she couldn’t do it. One of the girls tries to mediate, I explain to her that it’s misleading to have the display of none of the artists can do it. She said the only person who was able to do it was off. Heather at Artistic Nails & Spa was the sweetest, kindest, most talented nail technician. She was a lovely person to chat with and had such an eye for detail when I showed her the picture of nails for inspiration. She did a fantastic job and made sure I was very taken care of, checking in with me along the way to ensure I was satisfied. Nail salons need more Heathers. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone I meet. Thank you for your warm and thorough service!

This place was great. First nail salon I seen with screens on the pedicure area to separate the tech from the client due to covid. Sadly I didn't get the name of the tech that did my nails a week ago but she did great. The tech listened to all my requests. I loved the color and shape. Just a heads up if you pay cash you get a 5% discount on services. But they do take card payments. I work in VA on certain days and this location was convenient when I'm off before heading home. I was very pleased with my full set. Will definitely be stopping by for my next fill.
