I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Artistic that left me feeling anxious and frustrated. I had scheduled an appointment with them on a Friday at noon to get my hair curled for my engagement photos, an occasion that holds immense significance for me. I also wanted to get details about possibly using Artistic for my wedding hair. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received a call from the salon the day before my appointment, informing me that they had to cancel because my hair was deemed "too long”. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate to cancel an appointment last minute, especially for such a significant event. I go to Konnie and she is great with my hair, she remembers how how my fine my hair is and cuts it so it looks like I've got more hair than I do. She also gives me tips and answers all my questions about my hair.

I love going to Konnie Shilling, she listens and offers tips that I can use at home. She always does a great job cutting or coloring my hair!
