It had been 9 years since I had had my hair cut by Fran at Artistic Hair and Makeup. Why do I always wait so long to take a little time to treat myself? She's done my hair off and on since I was 15 years old and I am now 39. I was long overdue for a great haircut, color, updated look, and new style. My hair had been over dyed, had tons of split ends, and was in lots of need of some TLC. I don't have a lot of time to get pretty, as I am a full-time nanny to 3 young children and a full-time mom to my own 3 children.
