I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I called Lara and left a voicemail as well as a text message inquiring if there were any openings in the next week or two for a mens scissor cut. I went 24h without any response, and then when I followed up again today via phone I was screamed at "IM BUSY" followed by a hang up. I then received a text message saying she was not working for the next month....no apologies for the rude tone or anything. This is a terrible first impression, I don't want anything offered to make it right...I think this lack of professionalism speaks for itself.

Simply amazing. Lara has been cutting my hair for 4+ year and I wouldn't let anyone else touch it. I'm that girl who asks their stylist to take off dead ends only...less then a centimeter would be ideal...so obnoxious I know but here we are. Lara does exactly what I want and it's great. The whole staff is always super friendly and seem really skilled. I hear nothing but positive feed back. They also have a parking lot! It's behind the shop a few houses back from Alexander and it's very convenient considering the location.

Brian is the best and the other stylists are always so friendly and courteous. I leave feeling like a new woman every time. Brian takes the time to get to know his clients, their likes, dislikes, and lives. Every visit is a blast.
