First time in Salon had appt. with Michelle for full highlight and cut well all I can say is she did a beautiful job and I will definitely be a regular of hers from now on! It's hard for compliment from my husband but this time I got one and he finally liked it.The Salon is very clean and all staff very nice their I highly recommend and yes I will be back!! I had an absolutely amazing experience! I am so pleased with my cut, color, and the deep conditioning treatment. My hair looks great and I have received so many compliments! Michelle even gave me tips on how to take better care of my hair which has kept it just as soft as the day it was cut. Artistic Design has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.

I should had known better when I walked into this salon and I saw just 2 older person and saw their hair especially the hairstylist hair that nothing good would come out of this visit. I showed her a picture of the haircut and she did a complete different hair cut on me very tacky and old style which you could see they have no proper and up to date experience. Please do not put your hair in their hands. I am so depressed with my hair now that I wish I never would had gone there.

I was very disappointed.... Cut and color was not even close to what I asked. They have a very old school technique. I did show her a picture of what color and cut I desired, with the understanding it will not be exactly that color but close, very close. The color I wanted was "ashy blonde" instead I got gloden orange (which I always highlighted my hair with an ashy blonde) with no dimension, I asked to please not cut my hair short, I wanted my hair below my shoulders not above..... She ofcourse cut above, I asked for a wavy style not a blow out..... She gave me a blow out. I kept asking questions threw out the process because I didnt feel like she was doing what I was paying and asking for, but at a certain point, I just had to let her finish her job.
