Friendly staff, left piece of tooth in!!!! In-depth explanation below. I got two teeth removed here and the surgeon and nurses and anesthesiologist are all pretty good - they understood my anxiety and were kind. The lady at the front desk isn't the most friendly but not outwardly hostile. However, about a month after my surgery I'm still experiencing pain and something sharp feeling on my bottom tooth that was removed, I thought a stitch didn't dissolve. IT WAS A PIECE OF TOOTH STUCK IN MY GUMS!! The gums were growing over it to the point it was bleeding when I poked at it!! After 2 ish weeks of feeling it I finally got it out and the pain is completely gone. I understand it's one of the things you have to sign off on as a possible complication but that doesn't make it okay!! Attached pho

My daughter had oral surgery yesterday it was horrible. The assistant Ms were very nice! My daughter said she a had a weird feeling about the doctor. She said he acted strange , she asked about another tooth that was bothering her he wouldn’t answer her. Then they sent her home without any medication nor did they call it into the pharmacy.She had to go to urgent care to get meds. Finally sent the script after me calling for two days cursing them out!

Scam practice. Have discriminated against me as a disabled person in the state of Pennsylvania. Have tried to bring unnecessary and dangerous anesthesia into a simple procedure that doesn’t require it for profit. They are willing to put your life at risk over a dollar. Have tried to extort me for additional ca$h money on 2 separate occasions for procedures covered by my insurance. Absolute scam. Lawyer time. ***Just returned from my Dentist office. Artisan Smiles has been removed from their referral list due to complaints from patients about padding the bill and doing unnecessary procedures for profit. Unethical practice - CONFIRMED.

I have a medical condition that is managed by medication and my doctor's wrote clearances yet because I'm not able-bodied the doctor canceled my surgery less than a week before it happened because even though my specialists know that everything will be fine this guy doesn't want to work on disabled people because we're too much of a risk.

I had a friendly staff . The doctor explained everything and u don't feel a thing. I was out I thing 45 mins.
