A disappointing effort. My wife is undergoing chemo and saw this name listed on the MDA page of hair specialists. She initially visited the studio in late April. We paid half of the charge when the process started and the other half when my wife received the first iteration of the wig. Given how disappointed my wife was when she first saw the wig, she should not have paid the second half. She should have waited for a satisfactory product. Unfortunately, the wig’s color, cut, netting and overall finish never met my wife’s expectations. More than one correction attempt was made, but it still clearly missed the mark. I’m not sure what I would have done without Kitsa. Losing my hair due to chemotherapy wasn’t something I thought I’d ever have to deal with. I appreciated the way Kitsa explained everything in the beginning. The process was new to me and everything was so overwhelming and emotional. Kitsa understood that. Everything she said was honest but delivered in a positive and caring manner. It’s obvious that she thrives off her clients feeling their absolute best. Kitsa put in extra time and effort to ensure my garment was exactly what I wanted. She did amazing work to get it as close to my real hair as possible. She was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. I’m thankful for Kitsa and grateful for her expertise.

Kitsa is an amazing artisan when it comes to hair. She takes incredible pride in her work and the results speak for themselves. I count my lucky stars every single day that I happened across her when I needed her the most!

Just had my first experience today but I love Kitsa. She helped me understand what all was needed in terms of getting things done with my insurance and even went to bat for me when they tried to say it wasn't covered. She is super sweet and so helpful which is such a blessing when you're already dealing with the stress of cancer and chemo. It's nice to have someone experienced to lay everything out for you. They made it so easy and I can't wait to get my "cranial prosthesis".
