This establishment is the best salon in Brentwood! Yes it is more geared to those who speak Spanish but I don’t and they always know how to communicate with me. The stylist are the best ! Other salons like to push to get a perm/relaxer while they are fine taking a little extra effort.

Hairdressers here are beauticians and magicians! A woman is transformed , nurtured, and feels quite good about herself when she steps through the entrance of this cozy, clean, and sunlit shop on Brentwood Rd. Every stylist is so careful and attentive to detail in cutting, coloring, highlighting, curling, and blow drying hair! No rush but time is taken for each customer! I have been coming here for over a decade now. They truly know beauty, care about not only your hair, but YOU as they welcome you into their sisterhood! Leave with not just a smile on your face but glowing with the compliments you receive when you walk out the door of Arte Moderno! Please tip generously as prices charged here would be at least double in any other Long Island hair salon of this high end expertise

RUDE. If you only speak English, there is a language barrier and you will not get the hairstyle you desire. My friend called to ask a question about their services. The lady answers in Spanish, he politely asks her if she speaks English, to which she says yes to. He asks his question and the lady on the phone hung up on him. In short, there is some discrimination against English speakers from this salon.

It's a wonderful place to have your hair done the experience is amazing the owner will treat you like you're part of a family I will go back anytime and I will recommend it to my friends

Great place wonderful job on any hair type but just too small of a spot everyone gets bunched up they need a bigger place.
