She (Catherine) had cut and was styling the girls hair in the exact style I have been wanting. I walked over to talk with her and was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day. She had a color change in mind for my hair and I trusted everything she suggested. The next day my hair was cut colored and styled and I felt like a new person. She was spot on with everything she suggested. They are all super friendly and the salon is beautiful. Try it. I promise

I’ve never written a negative review but I’m still irritated by the haircut I received here 6 months ago. I was new to the area so I picked this salon after seeing all the positive reviews. My hair dresser greeted me and I told her that I wanted the same blended long layers that I’ve been getting done every 9 months for the last several years with various stylists out in Seattle. The stylist barely talked to me the entire time. At one point I asked her a question and she asked me to repeat it because she was listening to the gossip the other stylists were talking about across the salon. It felt unprofessional and even though I feel like friendly conversation is sort of a part of a stylist’s job, it wouldn’t have bothered me if she hadn’t given me a terrible looking haircut. Wonderful first time visit to this salon. The location is easy to find and access. I was greeted by multiple staff when I entered the door. Everyone was friendly and well presented. The salon is clean and lit well without it being too bright. My stylist was Sophia. She's great at communicating, friendly, and importantly great at what she does. This visit was nothing dramatic, but a new style taking several inches off of my very long hair. I was completely at ease and even relaxed, closing my eyes at times. I left feeling better than when I arrived, and loving my new style.

First time at this salon. I felt my concerns regarding my hair type and haircut were addressed. When my stylist had questions, she asked a more experienced stylist for suggestions and guidance, which I appreciated. It shows she is willing to take feedback from her coworkers and not too overconfident. My hair turned out great.
