Art of Eyebrows

DO NOT GO HERE. I have not been to this establish before and I am very particular about my eyebrows. I told the technician “I would like to keep my shape and I just want my eyebrows cleaned up if you can’t do this that is fine please let me know now”. She assured me she could do this and after I got finished getting my threading it wasn’t until I got into my car that I realized she did a terrible job. She left hair around my eyebrows which was completely besides the point of me getting my eyebows done. To make matters worse I call the establishment to explain to the manager what’s going on and she developed an attitude and began raising her voice. P.S these pictures are from THE DAY OF services.AWFUL AWFUL SERVICES AND MANAGEMENT. 0 STARS. TERRIBLE job.

It went great at first but I started to feeling a burning feeling and realized she had cut my skin, when I told her about it she said it must’ve been an ingrown and didn’t seem to care much about it. I regret leaving my tip.

I went here about 2 years ago to get my eyebrows done before my wedding and the woman took my eyebrows off 2 days before my wedding!!! I said something and she said it was like like that when I came in. Are you kidding lady! She swore it was like that already which makes no sense. She said she didn't do it but apologized multiple times. Why would you apologize if you didn't do anything? Now cut to today. I decided to take a chance and go back. I think it was the same woman. I'm not really sure it been a while but the lady did the same thing and when I said something about it she said oh you have a scar there. I don't have a scar on my eyebrow never have. I just had one of the worst experiences at an eyebrow salon I’ve ever had. The employees were both extremely unprofessional (both were on their phone and not communicating properly). The person who did my eyebrows immediately started threading without even asking me what I wanted and did not listen to me when I told her that I wanted my eyebrows to only be cleaned up and nothing else. She threaded really far into my forehead and left a clear line of hair in the middle of my forehead. She also threaded too much off of the tail of my eyebrow. She also did not brush off the little hairs off my face afterward. I went back after a few minutes because my aunt noticed all the mistakes.
