Art Nails Salon

This was more about my experience than the art. But I had to come back to get gems replaced. Literally my whole hand, and when I went there and spoke to the lady, I told her put a topcoat on it, which has been done several times at other locations and I’ve always been good for especially for how much I paid for them. And she told me if they fall off again she would do it for me and just like the first time they fell off that same night. The girl that did my nails was sitting at number 13, she’s short, she did a pretty good job, but first from the amount I was quoted more than once she raised it, then when I told her that my nose were too long she was refusing to shorten it. As far as quality and value go, it’s great! I got a full chrome French tip set for $55 (done by Danny) and I was happy with the results. The work was done efficiently but I didn’t feel rushed or man-handled like I have at other salons. The only reason this is only four stars is because, as others have said, the front desk hospitality is not amazing. That may have been partly due to a language barrier, but I still think it could have been better. Me and my mom went to get our nails done together, so I asked if we could sit together. The girl at the front didn’t really seem to address my question, so I asked again, and she looked around a bit before saying “probably not.” Not the biggest deal, but I wish they could have tried to at least be a little more accommodating. TERRIBLE! I sat down and immediately she starts trying to rip off my previous acrylics. Red flag #1. Why is any salon ripping your acrylics off, instead of soaking them off the correct and safe way?? That’s just lazy. Taking short cuts to get done faster. Never in my life has any other nail person peeled off my previous set! They soaked it the correct way. Nonetheless I sat there flinching as she peeled each acrylic tip off. But then she ended up causing me to bleed, because she ended up ripping off part of my nail and caused bleeding. I got up and left immediately. But what scares me the most is they were still willing to do a new acrylic set for me on top of an open bleeding wound! I have been coming here for years! When I say years I mean almost 10 years. They do really good work, unfortunately this is not what my review is about. My review is about the customer service that is given to the customers. There are two girls in the front that are absolutely rude and have no type of customer service skills. They talk to you like you’re a child , they like to ignore you and it’s almost like you have to yell at them to get an answer. There was an incident that happened to where I got my nails done and it hadn’t been a week And they started to pop off I spent almost $90 on that set so I went back up there and I demanded to get a fresh new set. !!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!! They don't even deserve a one-star they deserve zero Stars this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Soooooooooooo rude disrespectful. They told me one price and then told me a higher price later. I hate this place. Very very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Dirty Tools, dirty floors ,dirty sinks disgusting!!!! That's how they give what little customers they have FUNGUS. INFECTIONS. DO NOT 🚫 waste your money on half-ass work. The owner of this place should be ASHAMED.
