Art Nails

I have been coming here for several months. There isnt a design I ask for or a picture I show that isn't accomplished with great satisfaction. I also started with tips. Now I just have an overlay over my nails. There is great attention to nail health as well as artistry. I won't share my nail techs name. I will say on my first visit I knew what I wanted and that I liked designs so I asked questions on who was excellent with that. Thats how I ended up with my nail tech and I only allow her to do my nails and pedicures. Ive gotten many compliments since coming and I'm beyond satisfied 😌

Haven't had my nails done in 15 years. The place was nice and clean. Was quick to be seated without an appointment. The person who did my nails was very polite and focused on me and not the other staff that was talking.

Makes me really sad to write this review, but they can be quite hit or miss with nail art. Attached is the insporation, and what I received, a good try, but very uneven. I asked for them to be just painted white and was given a rush job and left embarrassed after tipping both the original artist and the one who "fixed" them in cash. I was still quite unhappy as they were lumpy, had airbubbles, flooded my cuticles, had red fibers from my shirt in them etc, and was told to come in for a third redo instead of just getting my money back. That wasn't going to work because I had lost my faith in them. A really good spot for a pedicure, but nail art is just very hit or miss :(

This is not a review I want to write because I love the owner and I know some of the ladies do great nails but I cant express enough how rushed my service felt and I hate to say this isn’t the first time, I always feel rushed here.. Nails are usually VERY uneven and most of them can’t even do simple designs. Im so disappointed, today Sue did my nails and she’s done them once before, when asking her to correct the nails that she was chipping with the drill due to not paying attention she became more rough and gave me attitude she even started talking about me to the lady next to her. Im not a confrontational person so it was difficult to speak up and today I finally did and when speaking up respectfully she returned a nasty attitude. i usually tip over 15$ and still get treated bad, today

My friend and I got gel pedicures and the polish on one of my toes came off an hour after leaving there because they cured the gel partly on my skin, which also caused horrible itching and irritation. The rest of my toes were so messy, I could have done a better job doing it myself. My friend’s polish was so uneven and blotchy looking, we ended up paying $110 for both pedicures altogether including good tips and had to take it all off ourselves that same night. Horrible experience and waste of hard earned money.
