Art Nails

My sister and I recently visited the Art nail salon, located at 4706 N Midkiff Rd, for the first time. Upon arrival at 6:45 p.m., we requested two acrylic nail sets with Valentine's Day designs. Due to the salon's busy schedule with pedicure appointments, we experienced a 25-minute wait. My sister's nails were completed first by a technician seated in front of Vin's workstation. Vin then attended to my nails, appearing visibly fatigued. I informed him of my concerns regarding acrylic nail applications, having had previous experiences with technicians filing my nails too low or applying the acrylic too thinly, resulting in breakage and discomfort. Fist time here and I loved it! I can’t recall her name but she’s a Spanish speaking girl, light complexion, she was super nice and very attentive. She was always making sure I was liking the process. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could give this place negative 2 stars for each hour I wasted i would. They ask you to have a seat and fail to inform you it'll be a 2hr wait so that you the customer can dictate what you'd like to do with your time. I will never return. My time is precious and I dont appreciate the lack of communication or Mrs. Vivian laughing me out the facility because "you gave up" . Unprofessional nail salon.

Vivian always does a perfect job on my nails, timely and beautiful! All the ladies here are wonderful. I love going to Art Nails 🥰

Was recommended by a regular. First time coming here the experience was not good at all. The man who was doing my pedicure/full set was very rough and seemed rushed. On top of that when removing my acrylics he cut a good chunk of my nail off and made me bleed. It hurt so bad I didn't even get my new set. (No apology or discount even offered) Will not be returning here again 😥😡
