Customer Reviews
I did not have a great experience. I immediately noticed that the technician seemed agitated, which should have been a warning sign for me, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. I originally had almond-shaped nails. I don't know what they are now. However, he used nail clippers to cut them down and completely changed the shape. Just four days after my visit, my nails are now different shapes, chipping, lifting, and there is gel polish on my skin.
It was okay. I have some mixed feelings but overall a good experience. My nails took about three hours and I paid a pretty penny for them so be prepared ($150). They turned out pretty cute and the people were pretty friendly so I’d say it was an okay experience.
I came back to Art Nails after years of not visiting due to past issues, including seeing mice running in and out of the building. I decided to give them another chance, hoping things had changed. When I arrived, I asked how much a bling nail would cost. The lady at the front told me to ask the gentleman doing my pedicure. He gave me a clear price, and I was satisfied with it, so I decided to let him do my nails as well. However, once I was already seated and he confirmed the price with me, the same lady came over and tried to raise the price significantly. That was completely unprofessional and misleading. Had I known the price was going to change, I would’ve never agreed to get them done. It’s very frustrating and disappointing especially when the nail tech’s work was a 10/10. Unfor
I had an okay experience thanks to the lady that did my nails, (Hispanic I forgot her name unfortunately) . Her conversation was better than my pedicure. They could use a remodel( seats are peeling, decor outdated, overall kind of dirty establishment that could use a deep clean) and they do not allow your feet to soak long enough for me. After a hot shower, my gel polish is coming off. Not chipping but the entire paint job is off. When I told her that the polish was on my skin and I feared it would come off they just stared at me. For a $65 pedicure that is a no no. I won’t go back but they did get me in and out. They also do not use hot towels on your legs & feet which was a first for me.
First time visit. Outdated scenery and floor was dirty. The people seemed nice overall. But I was charged $55 for a full set with nothing but clear polish and they already look pretty terrible 3 days later. Both of my younger daughters got manicures with basic polish and they started chipping after 2 days. Rarely leave bad reviews but this was pretty disappointing and $100 down the drain...
