Arrowhead Nail Mall & Spa

Took my 15 year old cousin to get her nails done. They are pretty quick with their service. Its freezing inside of arrowhead mall, but they have a heater going in their store! Her set was $75, and she tipped $15. I dont know anything about nails, but seems reasonable to me. The first picture is hers and the second picture was her inspo Pic she showed the tech. My cousin said she told her she wanted white polka dots instead of black. So that was her request. I left 3 stars, only because it was not that clean in there. Every table had white dust all over it. And I will say something that bugged me is they didnt really wipe anything down between clients. Just had one sit down, get up, and a new client immediately sit down. Currently sitting in my chair after my mani and pedi and I couldnt be happier 😌 this is the first time in years ive found a salon that doesnt shoo me out the door as soon as service is completed. I havent even paid yet. Ive been done and enjoying my massage for about 10 minutes. Its a calm and relaxing environment. Pricing is reasonable and the lady that did my pedicure treatment took her time and did the BEST job. Thank you so much. I plan on coming back.

The service here is absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the staff was friendly, attentive, and impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. They are clearly hardworking and have an eye for the smallest details. I visited for a gel manicure, and the technician was so meticulous, ensuring both the color and the application were flawless. I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been coming here for years. It’s close to work, they work fast and are friendly. I get a pedicure and gel manicure when I come. Same as this morning. The tech cut my heal with the callus remover. When the hot stone and lotion portion came, I let her know so she wouldn’t place the lotion on the cut. She said I had this cut before I came in. I did not have any cuts on my feet. Instead of just taking accountability and apologizing, I was blamed. I’m not upset, it’s a small cut but do not blame me. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll return. I will look for a new nail salon.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and professional, and the salon is always clean and uncluttered. I got a pedicure and a manicure, and the pedicure was awesome—so relaxing! I chose a basic manicure because my nails are damaged from lots of dip at other salons and my cuticles are really dry. They didn’t pressure me to get dip and instead gave me a soothing, relaxing manicure. Moon was fabulous! I’m here again now getting the same services done.
