Great customer experience! It started with an easy to use and cool online reservation system, continued through check-in, and was capped by my stylist, Lesly. She did a great job asking questions and seeking input. Gave me a great cut and was so funny. Cool music and vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

Definitely my favorite barber shop in the area! Been coming here for a while and always book with Talia, she’s amazing and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Also the beer is pretty great as well!

Vouching for the best hairdresser, Talia! First came here over a month ago, where I was struggling with hair loss. I initially came in for a haircut but Talia was so warm that I had to share my story. She helped me establish a haircare routine, pick products, and gave me specific instructions on instagram (@taliasbeautyspot by the way). It felt nice that there are people willing to share their haircare knowledge during a time that I was stressed out about my hair falling. I came in again today and had her cut my ends, and we both noticed how different my hair already is. It had volume and the roots are strong. It's still in its growing process but the progress is insane. Forever grateful having Talia giving me advice!

Talia kills it everytime! Just moved to the Durham area from Texas and finding a new stylist is always scary. I went through 4 different shops before I came to Arrow. I booked with Talia and she asked questions to better understand what I wanted. She also had suggestions and made me feel super comfortable. This is now my 6th haircut with her and I now schedule with her regularly! Talia is very informative and pays attention to all the details. If you are needing a new barber/stylist book with Talia you will leave feeling fresh!!

AMAZING experience at Arrow. Megan is a really wonderful barber with clear talent as an artist. She’s very easy to talk to and friendly. I like how the chairs are not stacked right next to each other so there’s ample space between clients and the vibes are very chill and relaxed. Would definitely come back again. If you’re in the Durham area, there’s no need to go elsewhere because this is the spot to go to.
