Having hard time to sleep with back and neck pain. Came in for a hour massage but i slept after 15 minutes in to the section, when home slept some more. Your body will let you know if you have a straight massage or a person just cut corner and don't know what they are doing. Woke up now and have to write this review to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will see you in 2 weeks. Back to sleep some more.

Customer service 101: don't blatantly argue with a customer. This review is not based on the actual services here as I was unable to even stay for the facial after such a terrible customer service experience with the booking person - Katie. I had an expired Groupon here for a 60 minute massage which states that the $40 paid value never expires. When I called to book, I CLEARLY explained that it was an expired Groupon for massage and I would like to have a facial instead if it was possible. Katie assured me that it was no problem and that I would simply have to pay the difference. I was looking at their website at the time and saw a specific 60 minute facial for $59 and mentioned this one to Katie and she reiterated that I would pay $19 for the service. This place is amazing. It's a small intimate place that you would pass right by on the street. I had the full body massage and my friend had a facial. Both of us came out floating on a cloud. Be sure to call ahead to make sure you can get in. HB's massage gold mine!!!!!!!

This place has the best 90 min massages, I really recommend them if you want to feel refreshed after a long day of work
