Super polite employees! Such a big and clean store, I love it here!!!

Bought something on clearance, never used or even opened the box AND still had the receipt and they wouldn’t take it back. When purchasing they never told me it was final sale, there was no sign or anything saying final sale either. Places take things back on clearance all the time with the receipt and not used. They said I should just know they wouldn’t take it back. AWFUL customer service. It was only $35 and they said they put things on store credit that are returned. But they wouldn’t do it for clearance items. I wanted to buy a more expensive pair because I was able to purchase them now. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere. Incredibly disappointed because I have always loved Armstrong in the past.

Anything you need in the ways of professional hair care products. Fast service and friendly helpful employees. I can never find what I'm looking for, but the staff goes out of their way to help me. Thanks!! Prices are comparable and/or better. Convenient location for Waco, but I just wish they stayed open later! Overall, I enjoy my shopping experience here every time.

My first two experiences were amazing.. The owner was remodeling he was very friendly and his service rep was very helpful. A couple of weeks I went in to purchase supplies and the Assistant Manager would not sell to me with a California License.. (I am not staying in Texas that's why I haven't transferred my license) She told me these were her exact words " We only sell to people with a Texas License". It is my understanding that Armstrong McCall is the "Sister" Company to Cosmo Prof. My Best Friend who has been in the industry for 30+ yrs has gone to several out of state locations FREQUENTLY and purchased items with no problem.
