This was the first time I had been to their Pensacola location. The staff may have been newer, but seemed less knowledgeable than they had always been in FWB. Still good prices and what I needed was available.

The manager Dana is top notch.
You do need to be licensed to shop there. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although I continue to shop there and will spend the money if I need to return something I won't get my money back just store credit. Not a problem but something to keep in mind for those of you that didn't know about this policy.
Over the past several years I've seen people come and go some workers have been fantastic or others have seem like a nightmare but the products are good and most of the people that work there are good
