However, the team does make efforts to keep everyone informed about promotions and upcoming educational opportunities. While the education sessions are quite frequent, they often cater primarily to Spanish speakers, which may not be as beneficial for non-bilingual stylists. It would be great to see more inclusive options for all team members in the future.
