Not one greeting by neither of the store staff when I entered which was odd then to make it an even worse unprofessional and inappropriate experience— when they next customer (that looked different than me) walked in, she got joyous greetings. Then, worker was condescending when it was addressed. Do better as humans and as a business.

Sending the ad by email each month would be beneficial. It could increase sales and keep customers informed about current promotions.

Always a great experience when shopping here. The staff couldn’t be more helpful! Always eager to answer my questions and help me find the right products. To those saying they won’t go back because of a rude employee, try again. As with all retail, turnover happens and I guarantee you’ll find someone helpful. Ask for Lizette personally if you don’t. She’s wonderful. For those complaining about this store only being open to licensed professionals, with all due respect, DUH! It’s right there on the door before you even walk in. The location is convenient but they are a smaller store than Edgebrook. If they don’t have a product you need, ask! They’ll find a way to get it to you.

Always has what I need, if not, will call other stores to make sure I can get it. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store.

When with my Granddaughter to get her some Supplies. Oh my goodness, the young lady who was working was Absolutely Terrific. She was Kind and friendly. I am sure we will be back. The store is very Clean and well Stocked. Very Nice
