Bad customer service, they were supposed to close at 5:30 PM but apparently they think it means “clock out at 5:30 PM”, we came at 5:25 PM and only wanted one item but the white girl at the counter said they were closed and the door was locked. That day it was raining and we had a misfortune of traffic, but no mercy I guess. 11/18/2024 5:46 PM

Supposedly, you need to be licensed in order to BUY supplies from this store which I did not know until the day I decided to pay it a visit. When being inside, one of the workers (a cranky lady) practically kicked me out by stating I needed to have a license. I told her that neither did I not have one and nor I knew about it and regardless the situation I simply wanted to see what the store carried and what brands they had. Oh well, the lady jumped out and said I could not do that and that I had to leave the store right away. She was soo rude. I know how to understand rules but there are also manners. They need to be trained in how to treat human beings. Screw this place. Knowing that and even with a license I WOULD NEVER go there.

Always great customer service. Most of us know what we need, grab and dash to get on with our daily doings. Take a little time to visit though, it's worth the smiles! And of course Professional only!
