Once again on website says open until 6 pm . Business owner rushed over from Fredericksburg to pick up supplies for weekend only to see sign posted with new hours closed at 4. Get it together and update !!!!! I started going to Marble Falls instead because their stock and personnel are so much better, but thought I would give you another chance. You've lost my business from now on.

The store is rarely open during business hours. I drove 40 miles one way. I have even called prior to driving to ask if they will be open. I was told yes and when I got there 1 hour later they were closed.

In the dozens of times I have stopped by to pick up items I need, this location has ALWAYS been closed during their business hours with a hand written note on the door stating they close early today. Today specifically was at 1pm and I got there 15 minutes after they closed early. If this is a staffing problem I sure hope it gets fixed, this is so inconsistent and does not help those who need something in a pinch.

I don't live in Kerrville and this is my most visited and favorite Armstrong-McCall location! I frequent Kerrville (multiple times a month) and have clients and families hair that I do when I come to town, and this location is a life saver!! They are typically well stocked with everything I need and have always received a helping hand or an extra look from the staff if something wasn't on the shelf. I have always felt taken care of at this location and I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa (I believe she is a manager), She has been there the last several times I have been to town and she is not only the sweetest but so helpful. I hope Armstrong-McCall knows how lucky they are to have her, she's always been so helpful to me but also is always working so hard and helping other custome

Consistently closed, at the most random times of day. I have gone 5 times in the past two weeks and it has only been open once. Since it’s the only place within 50 miles that I can get professional products it really puts us cosmetologists in a bind. And on the slight chance you come when it’s open you can rarely get what you came for. Would rather spend my money local but I don’t have much of an option anymore.
