Wasnt greeted when coming into the store. As soon as I was about to check out lady rolled her eyes and walked over to check out, then she processed to find a reason as to why she couldnt sell to me then said she was going to make an exception like doing me a favor, she was rude during the whole interaction.

Great selection and really nice staff. Highly recommend coming here for all hair products

This lady is very professional, helpful and nice I don't know where the color of skin has to do with anything. I just believe is a person low self esteem they need to work on fixing. I go in all the time and she always welcomes people.

They lock the doors AT LEAST 10 minutes til closing time that’s listed on their door along with the open sign still glowing. Just needed one thing, not to browse, it’s a shame. I even see them walking around inside as I type this.

Rude and not. Very welcoming! I guess because I was black the women assumed I was lost and just stumbled in with the wind. I won’t step foot in there again and I’m sure they could careless. Signed a licensed Cosmetologist!!!!
