I don’t even want to give it 1 star! Brook Lloyd is supposed to be our sales rep which we haven’t seen in MONTHS & when we would order from her it was never delivered or she wouldn’t come back for weeks and would say oh it’s “back ordered” always an excuse!

I’ve gone in with my brother-in-law two times and have felt like he has been targeted for some reason by a member of the staff. The cashier couldn’t get the spelling of his first name right (which isn’t even hard, literally spelled how it sounds) and he had to repeat himself multiple times before she finally gave up and asked for his license. He is fresh out of school and didn’t have his license on him since it’s still on the way in the mail. He has bought MULTIPLE products and tools from them throughout his schooling so they have his permit number and schooling information in their system. Conveniently, his records were no longer in the system which is absolutely bizarre, and the woman told him she could not sell to him because he is not a “licensed cosmetologist.” His permit number is th

The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is kept clean, organized, and has a nice selection. I would like to see more prices on items though so I know what I am spending.
