I would highly recommend anyone to experience lymphatic and reflexology massage at ARMSPA. I have been going for years. As a result of the therapy received my health has improved naturally. The therapy also identified other health concerns that allowed me to attend in a timely manner. This life changing techniques is a must have. Adonica is excellent in reflexology. My leg and feet were sore and after the first session,I was back to my original self with no soreness and pain. She works at your pace so one is comfortable.i highly recommend her .
