I’m willing to give two stars because scheduling an appointment was very easy and the salon looks very nice. However, for my haircut, which is the most important part, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I don’t have difficult hair, but I can honestly say I’ve never had such a bad haircut. The owner spent hardly any time (35 minutes from when I walked in the door until I was in my car leaving!)and it looks choppy and hacked. It almost feels like somebody gave a toddler a pair of scissors and said have fun. Definitely learned my lesson and won’t be back.

Just moved to Albuquerque in the summer of 2025, was looking for a nice salon for my hair. Went in for a haircut and color, and although my color was on point and exactly what I was looking for, my haircut, not so much. I asked for a layered look shoulder length, and I received a bob, where my hair is almost at The middle of my neck length. Not to mention, I am not sure why I have such choppy hair in the back of my head towards the middle to bottom, and it’s very uneven, I’ve had a few people tell me that it looks weird in the back of my head. that same afternoon, I went home to take a shower, and the color was still bleeding a lot, Because it wasn’t rinsed correctly at the salon, two days later and it’s still bleeding lightly. I paid $174 for this service and gave a $25 tip. I had my

I had root color and highlights done at Armando's hair salon. The root color did not cover/take hold. The previous root color became visible in 5 days. I contacted the colorist, and she specified that she applied a toner to the roots, not permanent color. I paid to have the roots dyed. She specified that I would have to come in and pay to have my roots colored. I already paid $168.00 for root color and partial highlights. Be wary of doing business with this salon.

Everyone of the services they provide, they do a fantastic job at executing what you want! If your not pleased they will do everything in their power to make you happy with the results! Here is my hair a couple of days ago before and after! Love this Salon! I'm in the process of getting my highlights to be platinum! My hair is super dark so its taking some time. But, every time I go get it done I love it more and more. Thank you Jill!

Danica completely understood the assignment and aced it! She made me love my curly hair. She gave me sun-kissed “baby lights” and is the best colorist I have ever had. I had all virgin hair and she did magic with it. I highly recommend her.
