They do decent nail work — I’ll give them that. But service and communication matter just as much as skill, and that’s where the problem is. On the phone, it’s all “yes, yes, yes” to everything. But when you actually show up for your appointment, suddenly it’s “no,” “I don’t know,” “I’m not sure.” That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s inconsistency and dishonesty. And it’s happened more than once. What pushed it over the edge for me is that instead of taking accountability, the staff spoke to the people I was with (who speak Spanish) and blamed me for the situation — as if I “messed everything up.” That’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I’m disappointed that this place didn’t live up the reviews I’ve seen, in my experience. I went twice, once for a fill & pedicure, once for a full set. The first time I noticed that they work very slowly minus Akira, who finished my nails & did the design on them. She was quick & efficient. This time, for my full set, I was expecting it to be slow (it took 3 hours) but not as unskilled as it was. I wanted a design, but the woman doing designs was unwilling to take me (she was booked, but it was a very minor design. I also overheard her talking about her “favorite” clients, assuming because she didn’t know me she didn’t care). Very clean and a good environment, we got pedicures and left happy. I even have ingrown toenails they took care of!

I finally found a place where I can get my nails done and leave with a happy face. Their prices are good compare to any other places I have been to. Prices depends on the style you get but believe me their prices are better than any where else.

Maria is fantastic! Happy to find this place. Careful attention to detail, very kind, clean salon. Reasonable price. Will be back!
