At first, my appointment seemed fine, but once I got home, I realized the color done by Bunny was completely off. I had blonde streaks, black patches, and orange tones in the back of my head, for a $579 service. My scalp was itchy, and when I showered, product started coming off, which confirmed something wasn’t done right.Thankfully, Mindy, the manager, stepped in and completely saved the situation. She listened, understood, and corrected my hair with so much care and skill. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I’m genuinely grateful for how she handled everything. Definitely a HUGE shout out to her. 💕💕

I had such a great experience with my hairstylist! She was incredibly kind, caring, and you can tell she’s very much a family-oriented person. I felt comfortable with her right away. We shared so many laughs while she was dyeing my hair, and the whole appointment felt more like hanging out with a friend than just getting my hair done. She really took her time, listened to what I wanted, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend! 💕✂️

I highly recommend Kayla! Not only did she do an amazing job, but she even altered the treatment because she realized there was a more affordable way to get the same result. I recognize how sweet that is, because she could have easily made the bill bigger to try to get a bigger tip. I LOVE my hair. I will definitely be returning! I have also been to this salon 2 other times and have had a great experience with other stylists as well!! ☺️

Xarissa did an amazing job at executing what I was trying to get done in haircut! She was very thorough and making sure it came out in a way that was gonna be best for me! She really took her time in making sure my layers were seen since I have insanely straight hair, she framed my face and gave me great recommendations for products for my hair type! I only get my haircut maybe once or twice a year so trying to go somewhere that I feel comfortable is always hard, but the atmosphere was so welcoming, everyone was smiling and happy! Even offered me refreshments so many times! 10/10 salon and will be back to bother Xarissa some more!

My 19 year old has anxiety and has recently had multiple bad haircuts at different salons.
