I visited the Aritaum at Korea Plaza on Northern Boulevard last Thursday (6/5) and was impressed by the customer service. I asked a small question and the employee kindly and thoughtfully gave me information about their products. They made me feel so comfortable and shared very detailed advice unlike some other skincare scores that I’ve visited. I’ll definitely be going back!

getting into skincare can be very intimidating and overwhelming but when i came here not only were the staff informative but they also made me feel at ease. there was nothing but honesty and genuine hospitality. they really know their products because my skin has never been better. not only do they have whatever your skin needs, they have the newest latest trending products when it comes to korean skincare AND makeup. don’t forget to check out their hair and body products too. my hair has never felt healthier, idk why i didn’t start using korean hair oils sooner. make sure you sign up to be a member to rack up points and get goodies. also, i forgot my mask in my car and realized i needed one to enter the store. i asked if they would spare one and without hesitation and with a smile (the
