Ariel Nails Spa

I walked in and asked the lady at the desk if they accepted walk ins. I was told yes. Another lady came to the desk and I then told them that I needed to get 2 nails fixed, a refill and a pedicure. I only get an overlay because my natural nails are a med length. I was told they could only do a pedicure and they could not do my nails because I had 2 broken nails. My nail beds were not damaged at all. I asked why I could not get my nails done because they still had about 4 hours of operation left. It was not busy. It was mostly empty. There were employees sitting around doing nothing. The ladies begain arguing in Spanish. I told them not to worry about it and I left. YALL DONT EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME RETURNING.

My mom and I were recommended to Ariel nails by one of her good friends & I’m so grateful for it! Our technicians were Blanca & Diana & they have done a wonderful job on our nails. We will definitely make it a regular to come back for our touchups 😁

I’m surprised by all the low reviews. I’ve been coming to Ariel’s for years. I haven’t found a better price for a SNS mani with a design + a regular pedi. It’s neat and clean everytime I come. Sometimes the nail designs haven’t been the best. But for the most part this is my go too salon.

This business was highly recommend to me and I was tremendously impressed with the results. UPDATE: Unfortunately, poor customer service during my 2nd visit and the owner/manager's lack of response has resulted in me taking my business elsewhere. When I addressed my concern to the manager and he tells me, "I don't care if you go somewhere else. This is not my spot," and the owner leaves my text about it on read - I take both as a sign to move on. I was so excited to support this Latin American owned and operated small business, that I didn't mind the hour + drive. I'd already passed on this wonderful find to others. I gave them 5 stars, which I've since updated. If some of the Technicians had a personal business, I would gladly support them. THEY are the real MVPs of Ariel Nails.
