Fairly disappointed with the experience at the spa. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was a very big disappointment. The massage service was just okay, but everything else was a joke. Sauna lights are both different colors and one flickers the whole time, the hot tub is kinda cold, spa floor surface needs to be redone, hot tub jets are ridiculously crazy and not relaxing, missing ceiling tiles everywhere, steam room was ripped apart and not working, and the old shower faucets are still on the wall and not even removed. Just quite dumpy and cheap. The steam room is the most important part and it was ripped apart with no sign saying under renovation. Also no one told me before booking that the place would be so rundown. I would never visit again for what they charged. Absolute

My interaction with the front desk staff member, who was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Customer service is supposed to make clients feel welcomed and comfortable, especially in a place where people come to relax, but that was not the case here at all. When I asked simple questions about the services, including what products the therapist uses for facials and details about the massage options, she seemed completely unsure and uninterested in helping and had. I don't normally write reviews, but our experience was so bad I wanted to warn others. At the last minute, my husband and I booked the 60 minute couples' massage with 1 hour private spa package ($320). The spa package was advertised as a private hot tub and sauna with wine, chocolate, and fruit. We noticed on entering that the spa smelled like a mix of Pine Sol and must. We were told at the reception desk that payment was due upfront, with the option to tip before receiving services. This seemed odd to me as I have had dozens of massages and have never been asked to pay prior to receiving the service. Wow is all I can say. My goodness one of the best massages I’ve ever had. And to think I drive by here multiple times a day and have never been. Well that has changed and this will be my go to place for massages. The deep tissue was perfection.

Visited here for my birthday as a gift. Was booked for a body scrub, 30 min massage, 30 min facial. Unfortunately, left disappointed and unlikely to return. Which I was a let down since I live so close. It was my first time there and I wasn’t really welcomed and wasn’t given a tour or explanation of amenities. I didn’t know that there was a jacuzzi room and an additional sauna until I started to explore myself. In the pool space there were very loud conversations going on. Not too spa like, I was surprised they didn’t enforce a sound restriction. Didn’t spend much time at all here. At least the sauna blocked out some of the noise. Also no hair ties when I had asked an attendant. Which was very surprising for a spa. My body scrub was fine, yes I came out feeling soft, but I wish the space
