My husband got a pedicure 2 weeks ago from Mimi. He absolutely loved her work and massage! I just went in for a refill on dip, Deepa was amazing and suggested we try to go natural for a couple of weeks. My nails were in horrible shape from wearing dip for so long. Looking forward to going back and trying gel. They are also under new Management, Mandy the Manager, has been amazing.

She insisted on the nude color for my nails « it’ll match perfectly and to trust her » when I told her it was too dark/pink. I told her I didn’t like my nails fat or wide and they just weren’t it, quite wide. On the design she said she couldn’t do the color I wanted cause it’d be « 3D » but it ended up being 3D with the color she said was better anyways… charged me for long length when they were medium, almost short. The design was okay but my coworkers (also in the beauty industry) agreed with me on the nude color and design not being too good. I’m very disappointed because I wanted to trust this place. My acrylic nails lasted me a week and a half before one popped off and 2 weeks for multiple to. ADD MORE PRIMER AND GLUE and also stock more nude color on inventory, you’re obviously using

They honor appointments. Love that I have not had to wait when I’ve made an appointment. They always take me in right away. Abby did my nails this last time and just love them. Will definitely go back to see her!

***Updated review: There has since been a change in ownership/management and most of the staff is no longer there. It is not the same and the quality is not the same. Leon is still there and is a great technician for pedicures. The best nail spot in Richardson that we have been coming to for years!! The manager Van, takes pride in knowing his regular costumers and their individual requests. Nail artists Kim, Thai, and Leon always do an amazing job and make sure that you are happy with your mani/pedi every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend!

Worst experience ever my nails are messed up but i don’t even care about those but MY JEANS !!! First off I have bad toes because of surgery and they kept talking about them like I didn’t know what was being said then I notice my jeans when he pulls them down after he poured the oil on them I said soemthing and the lady said it’s fine it will dry or wash out I get back to my room and notice my nails are horrible I take and wash the pants and the stain is still there dry cleaners told me they could promise it’s gonna come out and all the manager or whatever wanted to do was re file my already thin nails and maybe reimburse me for the dry cleaning I highly do not recommend this place. I’m so disappointed and upset.
