Exceptional learning experience! I had zero prior braiding experience before the class! I learned to cornrow quickly, and the owner was incredibly kind and patient throughout the class. I’m so thankful I booked this session (even though I was quite nervous beforehand). I truly had the best time and left feeling confident and encouraged! Don't hesitate to book a class and learn to cornrow.

Such a beautiful salon space here in DFW! The owner is truly a sweetheart - so warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she’s building. I love supporting women-owned businesses in our community! Highly recommend this salon for hairstyling and/or braiding services.

Unprofessional. I call and their voicemail says they take walk ins. They don’t. They need to update their voicemail if that’s the case. Since I was there, the girl there asks me what I want, I tell her stitch braids and show her whats on THEIR website/instagram page. She says she can’t do them, she just does cornrows. So I ask to see her work because THEIR website shows stitch braids and I assumed the work on there was everyone’s skill level. Since I then knew that wasn’t the case I asked to see her work. She says it’s on the page. Well I don’t know which post is her work… it was like talking to a brick wall.

Great vibes and amazing people! They are always very accommodating and give my hair the best care. I highly recommend them to everyone I know, you won’t be disappointed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Arewa salon! As soon as I walked in I was greeted, and immediately went into getting my hair washed. She took her time washing my hair and made sure I was comfortable. Once we finished with my wash, I was sat at my station and they immediately went to work. Both of the beautiful ladies that worked with me (I’m so sorry I forgot their names) were top tier 🤌🏾. I’d recommend every time, and plan on coming back, I included some pictures of my xsmall BOX braids that look knotless 😘🤌🏾 that’s how good sis was. Btw this is two days later
