If you have natural hair such as tight curls or coils, do not come here. They will up charge you because they do not know how to work with textured hair. I was originally told 55$ but because I had SHORT, CURLY hair; the price became an additional 20$. When I asked for a trim NOT layers, I was under the impression it would 15$ as it says on the board but because the stylist took it upon herself to cut however the price became 20$. The lack of care for my hair was disgusting, I was in shell shock during the entirety of my appointment. There was no discussion on how I wanted my hair styled, the stylist did whatever she wanted and the quickest to get me out of the chair. My hair is so ugly and this was supposed to be for my birthday, and I WILL be getting a refund. This is not what I wante

Arelis has magical hands! I was so nervous to get my hair bleached and highlighted for the first time and she eased all my concerns with step by step advice on what she was doing and best practices for caring for my hair afterwards. I LOVED my birthday hair! I can’t wait for my next hair appointment with her.

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years. The service is quick, efficient, and hospitable. She never cuts my hair too much and she is willing to tell me when I need it. She never pressures me to get products I don't need. If someone is combing my hair too hard, she is quick to give them the look! My hair is natural, healthy, and I have not had a relaxer in 15 years.
