I would not recommend ARCO if you have thin or fine hair. I visited for a cut and partial highlight, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist applied bleach for my highlights from around 1:30pm to 2:10pm. She then left me processing until roughly 2:40pm while she worked on another client’s highlights. This extended processing time was very different from my experiences at other salons; I’d never had a stylist leave my whole head processing for nearly this long, or go work with another client during this process. By the time she returned, my scalp was burning, which I mentioned to her. She didn’t seem concerned, saying she would rinse it out. I am obsessed with Arco and all their stylists! I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now and have been seeing Gary even longer than that and realized I never left them a review. If you want a salon that tells you the truth and gives you the color that will compliment your complexion all while keeping your hairs integrity (their number one priority!!) then you need to be getting your hair done here. The way Gary highlights my hairline gives me the most incredible pony tail! Just come in and let him do his magic, you will be hooked! I also come in weekly for blowouts with every stylist and they are all fabulous! It always feels like a family in there and i am so happy to be a part of it. Thank you guys!!!!

Incredible salon! Gary and his team completely transformed my hair. I came in nervous after trying something new and unsure if it would suit me, but Gary thought outside the box and created the perfect color that beautifully blends with my grays and complements my complexion. I went for hair bleach at this Salon back in 2022 (this review is a long time coming lol). I am Blasian and have long thick hair, a stylist named Gary was booked. I liked him he was sweet.. but He totally botched my hair. I told him bleach but retain the hair health. He actively pushed my hair to the lightest (it was uneven too) and destroyed the texture. Okay no problem because hair grows back but my hair was like down to my butt. Anyways its the way the salon treated me after when Ive come back for repeated treatments to retain the length with their keratin treatment (only good thing at this salon imo) I even got a haircut from this salon and it was lazy and no vision. I received a scalp treatment this week from Gary, and it was amazing! Even though I was a bit late and he was juggling a few customers, Gary was incredibly friendly and patient as he took care of my hair. After assessing my hair's condition and understanding my goals, he provided a customized treatment focused on clarifying and promoting growth. He even shared the fascinating story of how he discovered and imported their all-natural product line from Italy. My scalp felt so fresh and my hair so soft after the treatment! The store itself is also beautiful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m definitely planning to return for their hair coloring services, especially since they use such high-quality natural products.
