Absolutely phenomenal service! I was visiting from out of town for a graduation and really wanted to get my hair cut while I was in Chicago. I had long hair—down to my mid-back—and was ready for a big change. I initially went to another salon but was met with an odd energy that didn’t leave me feeling confident about moving forward with them. Then I walked into this salon and immediately felt welcomed. The owner greeted me warmly—even while finishing up with another client—and took a moment to chat with me and collaborate on my vision. I needed to have my extensions removed and wanted to cut about 8 or 9 inches off. She recommended I see Molly, and it was an amazing suggestion. We went to stylist Chan, he cut my 3 sons hair. He did amazing. My boys have 3 different curl patterns and it’s extremely hard to cut. Definitely worth it. 10/10 The best haircut they ever had. He has been cutting their hair for years now and they will only go exclusively to Chan. Highly recommend Chan!

Chan is the best stylist ever. I have a somewhat unorthodox haircut and many stylist's in the past have struggled to do a good job (like really struggled). But not Chan, he's a true pro. He always gives me a great haircut. I recently moved to Wisconsin. I seem to drive back to Chicago about once a month. I tell myself I do this in order to visit friends and loved ones... but deep down I know the truth. I drive the two hours for the haircut!

Chan is great! He listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great advice. My cut turned out even better than I expected. The whole experience was easy and relaxing. If you want someone who really cares about your hair, I highly recommend Chan!
