This was my first visit & I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. My haircut was the bomb! Rosa listened & gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back.

Pretty much the worst experience ever. Spent 4 hours and was charged 270 for mediocre highlights which are the exact color I didn't want (didn't want orangey brown which I specified in the consultation). She did foils and then realized she didn't add any to the top of my head so she added it late, after I had been sitting there for an hour, so they are not light, I got orange. The single process didn't cover my grays. It's not great to sit with single process color on your head for 3 hours. My scalp is red. I told them what the typical process was for my salon in NYC and she didn't follow it. Now I can't color or correct my hair for at least 4 weeks with roots and 2 months for highlights. Don't waste your time or money there
