I struggle with significant dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm, supported, and cared for. That alone means more than I can express. From sign-in to checkout, every step was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The staff was kind, attentive, and reassuring, and the dentist took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I actually left the appointment feeling relaxed and well pleased. Something I never thought I would say about a dental visit! Thank you to the entire team for your excellence and compassion. I will absolutely be recommending you to all of my family and friends. I had such a great experience at my dental appointment at this office ! The staff were so kind and made me feel completely comfortable from checking in to leaving . The whole office has a welcoming and relaxing vibe. Definitely one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had — highly recommend! This facility appears pleasant and has a lot of potential; however, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated as a patient. There was a significant lack of communication among the staff, which led to confusion throughout my visit. Unfortunately, this resulted in another negative experience with a dental company. I was also made to feel insulted when I explained that I could not continue with the procedure due to a risk of passing out. A manager stated, “Why did I even drive?” which I found highly unprofessional and dismissive. I was then told that I was “okay to go home,and everything is ok/fine” one of the lovely ladies told me on the day of the appointment. I am not upset because of the fees. I am upset due to how my situation was handled. I was treated rudely, rather than bei

Staff was friendly and very efficient. The Dentist, Dr. Archie performed a thorough examination and provided me a detailed dental plan. Ms. Latricia, forgive me if I have her name wrong, but she was very polite, knowledgeable and kind. She performed an excellent cleaning. I highly recommend the Arch Dental Clinic to all my family and friends.

I must say this practice has got to be one of the best I’ve been to. Everyone I encountered met me with such a beautiful spirit. Dr Archie answered all my questions and Ms Barbara was so transparent with my treatment plan!
