I came in for an eyebrow wax, tint, and a lip wax. I avoid threading because it gives me a rash and is extremely painful, but my usual salon was fully booked, so I decided to give this place a try. Right away, the lady suggested threading instead, saying it was “better and lasts longer.” I politely declined and explained why. She seemed annoyed, but sat me down. Before even starting, she told me she would wax and then thread. Again, I said no—just wax. When she began waxing, it was so rough and aggressive that I honestly wanted to cry. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for years and never had it hurt this badly. To make it worse, she went ahead and threaded anyway, even though I had clearly said no multiple times. I called to see if they had an opening. Which they did. Got me right in. The lady that taken care of me was super friendly and did a great job! I.got my upper lip waxed and eye brows. What i like about this place is that after you wax, they thread the unwanted hairs that were left behind! This will be my place to go and get my waxes.

When I was there the first time the manager did my eyebrows and she did a good job, went a second time and a different lady did them and she messed up my eyebrows. I had two bald spots on my brows

DESTROYED my eyelashes. i had to cut them in parts pluck other ones. They fried them off from a lash lift. Then i came in to address it and was left waiting here holiday week will missing and coiled eyelashes.
