ARC Nails

An absolute gem of a nail salon in Tulsa!! They just newly expanded and it’s gorgeous! I’m usually undecided on what I want and they always make it so fun and give ideas/tell me what’s trending. This is the only place I trust for designs or more elevated techniques as well. The owner Jason is so kind and friendly ! 10/10

The service was terrible. The customer service was flat-out rude and dismissive. I repeatedly explained how I wanted my toenails done and was blatantly ignored. The end result? Crooked toenails, all different lengths, and zero attention to detail. That is basic nail care, and they couldn’t even get that right. Influencers nonstop hype this place, and after my experience, that hype feels completely fake. In my opinion, it’s obvious the praise comes from commissions or partnerships not actual quality.

We walked in for three pedicures and waited about 20 minutes, which was completely expected and not an issue at all. My sister’s pedicure started first, my mom’s about 5 to 10 minutes later, and mine another 5 to 10 minutes after that. We all asked for the $35 pedicure. After my technician finished trimming my nails and helping with an ingrown, I noticed she was moving much faster than the others. There was no massage at all, just lotion rubbed quickly on my wet legs. As she was preparing to paint my nails, I had to ask for lotion on my feet because nothing had been applied to my feet or heels. She responded rudely, saying “I’ll give more for you,” and quickly added a small amount of oil and lotion with no massage before starting the polish. There were no hot towels, which were part of th

“I came here because I constantly see influencers raving about this place, but after my visit, I honestly feel like the hype is misleading. In my opinion, the praise may have more to do with commissions or partnerships than the actual quality of service. My experience was horrible. The customer service was rude, and despite repeatedly explaining how I wanted my toenails done, I was ignored. My toenails were cut crooked and all different lengths, which is completely unacceptable—especially for a professional nail salon. For the price and reputation this place has online, I expected much better. I left frustrated and disappointed and would not recommend this salon based on my experience.”

One of the best if not THE best salon in Tulsa for nails! Kelly does an amazing job if you’re looking for a cool nail art! Jason, the owner is involved and you can tell the nail techs actually enjoy him as a boss! Environment is very fun and the people there take it to the next level!
