Allison is a master at her work. She is very personable and approachable and took time to listen to my concerns and to explain what she was doing and why throughout the sports massage. My calves have been gnarly for a while and she was able to give a really deep tissue massage to help loosen the knots and reset my muscles. This is my second visit and as before, I appreciate Allison finding time in her busy schedule to slot me in at short notice.

I sought out a sports massage therapist because my chiropractor suggested it might help with my adjustments and be beneficial to the treatments he was administering. After a long search I found, Arbor Vitae and Allison. I could not be more happy with the choice. After being in constant pain for a decade, after 6 months with Allison once a week, I was nearly pain free. What a revelation! The Covid protocol is extensive, but Allison manages to make it easy and quick by sending out forms ahead of time. Masks are worn at all times and you wait outside until you are called to come up, reducing the time in the waiting room, and thusly, your exposure to others. Amazing! I play rugby and do HIIT workings with heavy lifting. She really listens to you and is very knowledgeable about how to treat your knots and massage muscles that you specifically use in your sports.

Great prices, did heal my back pain, just make sure to arrive 10 mins before to fill some forms and your good to go. Also they explain everything to you. Already scheduled second time :)
