Arbogast and Skidmore Barber Shop

I came here as a walk-in with no appointment. The store was open, but the barber wasn't there. I didn't have anything else better to do at the time, so I took a seat and was looking for another place to get my haircut when the barber walked in. The gentleman, nicknamed One-eyed Bill, looked like he stepped out of a work of fiction. He's a very personable and overall interesting guy. Unfortunately, his talent for cutting hair is not as great. I asked for a high skin fade with a quarter inch off the top. He did not properly blend the fade, and I ended up with jagged lines on the sides and back. He also left random patches of long hair on the top. I ended up going to the hair place at Walmart to get it fixed. The place itself looked like it was once nice, but it's appearance is very messy a

Can't find a better place to get a haircut in Elkins! Been going there since moving to Elkins and couldn't recommend it more! Five stars is the highest rating, but make it TEN at least!
