I had an awful experience during my first hair coloring appointment at this salon. The entire process was uncomfortable. The hairstylist and others were speaking loudly over my head throughout, which gave me a headache on top of the stress from the hair treatment. Over the phone, I was quoted one price, but when I arrived, I was charged almost double. The stylist suggested coloring my roots and adding highlights, but the final color was nowhere close to what I had hoped for. Overall: I would not recommend this salon for hair coloring. At best, it might be suitable for a simple haircut.

Absolutely loved my experience at this salon. She understood exactly what I wanted and even made suggestions based on my face shape. You can just tell she’s been in the business for a very long time. Highly recommend.

Aricelis is THE BEST. Wash, (deep conditioner if you need it) blow out, cut. After having a series of bad hair experiences, finding this place was a breath of fresh air. I was upset I didn't find Aracelis years ago! I feel like I got a make over when in reality my hair just needed some TLC and she gave it just that. Impeccable service. I highly recommend this salon. (2 years later edit 2023) - Aracelis hair salon now has a nail tech and she is extremely talented. Now you can get your nails while getting your hair done!

I love this salon so much, my mom and I have been coming to this salon for so many years and it’s the best salon. Arcelis always does a good job on the hair and gets it right! I really love this salon so much and I recommend it! No one else does it like Arcleis ‼️
