Everyone here is very welcoming! before coming in I called and messaged them on their Facebook page and ask them a lot of questions about their services and what I should book before booking. They were very nice and explained everything to me and had me call to explain the service I wanted done I booked with them. They also let me know the price right away so that I was aware before I got there. Once there the service went really well. They had they kept asking me throughout the process that I needed anything and making sure that I was comfortable with the bleaching cause I was getting a bleach service done. If I could give six stars, I would! I am a recent transplant to the Chicago area and the ladies at Ara got me in same day for a haircut. I decided last minute that I wanted bangs and they did a knockout job! Everyone has been asking who cuts my hair. I was there in early October and when I was in for my appointment the stylists were shooting Halloween content for their social media so I got my hair washed next to a ghost! 😆 Highly, highly recommend Ara if you’re looking for a quality haircut for an excellent price and a professional and welcoming environment. I will be back for all my styling needs!
