A&R Nails

Amazing experience! Everything is so clean and nice in the salon. They have very high tech massage chairs. Bathroom was spotless! I had the deluxe pedicure with gel for a great price and Tony was spectacular at my pedicure. To top it off everyone was so friendly even while they were busy. Smiles everywhere! They even gave a free lotion for the holiday. Love this place!🌻

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! I asked for (showed him pictures) for winnie the pooh, honey and a bee. He refused to do the bee!! Said it was too hard! It's obvious I had gel and he got acrylic ready. I told the woman from the start I needed gel fills n one gel nail that had fallen off because I waited too long to get my nails filled. He got mad when I told him I wanted gel. He said acrylic lasts longer. The bear he made does NOT resemble winnie the pooh at all. He complained that my nails were too sensitive because the uv light burned badly. He'd do one nail then put it under the light. Then do one nail in the other hand n take that other hand out that was barely under the uv light long at all. That night 2 nails totally came off!! My experience is ALWAYS amazing! Anything I ask for they accommodate perfectly. They knew me by first name after the first visit and make it a point to ask about my family. The atmosphere is so refreshing, I highly recommend.

If I could give this rating 0 stars I would, I went to this nail salon about two weeks ago to get a full set, I was not a week before I had multiple nails broken, so I go this passed Monday to get a refill, I my nails was not filled even at all and I had not one but 2 broken nails by Tuesday, and this is because they made the nail super thin not adding enough acrylic on the nail. So I go back to this salon on Wednesday which was my next day off and ask them if they can fix the nails, I let them know it wasn’t even a full 24 hours before they broke. They proceed to tell me I have to pay if I want it fixed the proper way. I kindly let them know that I also went to school for cosmetology so I know the way they are doing nails isn’t the right way. Today I had Kim as my nail artist and she did absolutely amazing as always. She was quick but also insanely efficient. She is always so sweet and kind. Please come visit them and if Kim is available please please request her.
