Aquaterra Spa

The customer service at Aquaterra Spa is outstanding. If you are capable of DIY projects, call them before you hire a spa repair company. They will gladly and with patience, walk you through the steps in diagnosing and repairing your spa via a video phone link. My Aquaterra Spa has far exceeded its life expectancy. When I have to buy a new spa, I will definitely be buying one of theirs.

Angie did a great job with the treatment; very careful and thoughtful and focused on the shoulder area most in need. So grateful!!! And Beth at the front gave me the warmest welcome and ensured a I was introduced to all the amenities. What a great team! Hope you can enjoys as much as I did

Super friendly and well trained staff paired with the lovely new facilities. I had a 60-minute ‘Recovery Massage’. It was amazing. Fell asleep halfway thru it!

My husband and I decided to stay at Surf&Sand for a weekend getaway and got massages at Aquaterra Spa during our stay. My masseuse was Jordie, and she was incredible! She gave me a deep tissue massage and really focused on any and all bumps and knots she found. She was very professional and respectful, and we managed to get a few laughs in during the session too. She was very kind and personable, and I would most certainly come back again, specifically requesting her. During our session, my gold necklace, a family heirloom, got in the way so we removed it. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the necklace and left the room without it. Jordie came after me to make sure I got my necklace back. I was very moved and had the best experience ever. Thank you, Aquaterra and Jordie!

Was disappointed with my visit. Facial was just okay and shorter than 50 min. She did not massage my neck and shoulders. Didn't comment much on my skin's condition but did let me know I could purchase the products she used. The highlight was the steam room
